We want getting your Serbian books to be as easy as possible. Here's everything you need to know about how we deliver, how long it takes, and what to do if something isn't right.

Australia-Wide Shipping
We ship to all states and territories across Australia via Australia Post. Orders are dispatched from Adelaide, South Australia.

🎁 Free Delivery for Adelaide Customers
We offer free personal delivery for Adelaide-based customers within 12km of the Adelaide CBD with a minimum spend of $40.
Once your order is confirmed you will normally receive it within 1–2 business days. For orders placed before 12 noon Monday to Friday we will do our best to deliver on the same day.

Order Processing
Orders are processed Monday to Friday during business hours. Orders placed on weekends or South Australian public holidays will be processed the next business day.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched, including your Australia Post tracking number so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.

Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If something isn't right please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
📸 Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your book arrives damaged or you receive the wrong title please email us at hello@serbianstudio.com.au with your order number and a photo of the item. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
🔄 Change of Mind Returns
We accept change of mind returns within 14 days of delivery provided the book is in its original condition — unused, unmarked and in its original packaging. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer. Once we receive the item in acceptable condition we will issue a store credit or refund.
❌ Items That Cannot Be Returned
Sale items and special order titles cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are faulty or incorrectly supplied.

Special Orders
Special orders are sourced directly from Serbia and Europe and have a different delivery timeframes to standard orders - typically 4 to 8 weeks from the date your order is confirmed and payment received.

Lost or Missing Orders
If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe please contact us and we will follow up with Australia Post on your behalf. We recommend checking your tracking details first — your Australia Post tracking number will be included in your dispatch confirmation email.
